Simon Wenham has done media work for a range of different companies. This has included televised interviews for programmes shown on ITN (Channel 4), Channel 5 (involving talking about history while punting Tony Robinson) and TBN, as well as previously being a regularly contributor to BBC Radio Oxford (talking about local history topics with Liz Woolley). He has also assisted with historical research for televised programmes shown on BBC1, Channel 4, Channel 5 and TBN (see excerpt below).

Below are two televised interviews:

  1. An extended interview for TBN/Olive Tree Media (a shorter version of which was broadcasted) exploring healthcare and education in the Victorian period with a specific emphasis on the contribution of Florence Nightingale and the Sunday School Movement.
  2. A feature on the history of punting for a Channel 5 show about the river Thames presented by Sir Tony Robinson.
